As a ServiceNow Developer for AFS I was responsible for assisting in the design and development of custom scoped-applications for the U.S. Dept. of State’s OMB offices. The scope of these projects included custom tables, fields, functionality, and a custom Service Portal.

As a Technical Consultant for ISM I was responsible for consulting, developing, and architecting deployments of the ServiceNow platform. Including implementation of ITSM applications and modules, Service Portal, & Mobile Applications.

As a Tech Support Engineer at ServiceNow I was introduced to the NOW platform and all of its capabilities. Having never touched it before, but having a strong background in JavaScript, I quickly picked up the platform and was resolving customer issues in no time.

At ERA Europe my mission was to work closely with the CTO to redesign and redevelop the customer facing websites as well as landing pages for realtors and offices. The redesign was a massive overhaul that required months of planning and wire-framing before we could even begin to code.

My first development job after college was working for a specialized software company called AssistRX. As a Software Developer for AssistRX I assisted my team in creating JavaScript-driven mobile application to assist physicians with prescribing their patient’s therapies quickly and efficiently.

My first job out of college was working as a Lab Specialist for Full Sail University. As a Lab Specialist, I assisted students going through the WDD program (Web Design & Development) to further their understanding of the course materials and lab exercises.
